Can I request certain meals?

We cater to health or cultural needs only, not individual tastes.

Do I have to a certain age in order to receive meals?

No, most deliveries are made to seniors, individuals who are convalescing or living with a disability; however, exceptions are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Are the meals free?

The average cost to prepare, package and deliver the standard 2-meal service in 2007 was $10 with an average of $6.50 recovered from meal fees by clients. Each meal service program varies in cost. Clients pay based on their ability. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, if a clients' financial status is stretched due to health or personal circumstances, we are able to work with them to ensure they are able to afford our services.

Can I order meals for a friend, co-worker or family member?

Yes, our Frozen Meals and Food & Caring services are great solutions if you would like to send meals as a gift.
