Calgary Meals on Wheels provides nutritious and affordable meals for a wide array of organizations. We have several partnerships with schools, non-profit agencies, and community groups.
Our healthy menu selections and convenient delivery service offer the perfect solution for your next community event or gathering. Whether it’s a one-time occasion or a regularly scheduled event, we’re here to make mealtime easier. Choose from a variety of nutritious and delicious options, including large group servings, small group servings, or individualized meals.

Client is responsible for all serving utensils and dinnerware as well as set-up, serving, and clean-up.
My Choice Menu meals, baked goods and soups are available frozen only.

10:00am – 1:00pm, Monday – Friday. There is a flat-rate delivery fee of $10 within city limits.
Group Meals can be delivered frozen, chilled, or hot within city limits.
Delivery details must be approved prior to order confirmation.
Frozen orders can be prepared for complimentary pick-up at Community Depots.

All Group Meal orders require pre-arranged payment. Please provide a credit card or void cheque with your order. Your credit card or bank account will be automatically billed at the beginning of the month following your order.
