Home Delivery
Our Chef’s Daily Special
Our Chef’s Daily Special offers a subscription-based, fixed 3-week, non-selective rotating menu, thoughtfully curated by our in-house Registered Dietitian and lovingly prepared by our Executive and Red Seal Chefs. Community
Agency Program
Serving over 30 non-profit agencies and community groups, the healthy menu selections and convenient delivery service of our Agency Program offer the perfect solution for nonprofits, supportive housing sites, and social or service clubs. We are here to make mealtime easier for our agency partners who wish to incorporate quality and nutritious meals into their programs and services.
Schools
Hot Soup Program
We deliver a nutritious hot soup lunch to high-needs elementary schools identified by our School Districts. This program comes at no cost to the students or schools, ensuring these vulnerable students have the energy required to concentrate and learn and enabling these children to reach their full potential.
My Choice Menu
Order your favorite meals online! The My Choice Menu features a wide selection of nutritious and affordable meals and baked goods, available to order anytime. Perfect for families and individuals looking for more variety and flexibility in their meal options.
Regional Program
Live outside the City of Calgary? Our Regional Program partners with rural and surrounding municipalities to provide our nutritious and affordable meals to those outside the delivery zone of our Home Delivery Programs.
School Nutrition Program
Schools without the resources or facility to produce meals can select from over 100+ Breakfast and Lunch menu items to purchase for their School Food Programs.
Our Chef’s Daily Special
Available 365 days a year with daily delivery Monday through Friday, Our Chef’s Daily Special makes mealtime simple and stress-free. Choose lunch, supper, or both to complete your daily nutrition! Meals are cooked fresh, and curated by our in-house Registered Dietician, Dietary Technologist, and Executive Chef to provide delicious and balanced options.
Accommodations can be made for some restricted diets and texture modifications, but please note that we may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions or allergens.

Agency Program
Calgary Meals on Wheels provides nutritious and affordable meals for a wide array of organizations. We have several partnerships with schools, non-profit agencies, and community groups.
Our healthy menu selections and convenient delivery service offer the perfect solution for your next community event or gathering. Whether it’s a one-time occasion or a regularly scheduled event, we’re here to make mealtime easier. Choose from a variety of nutritious and delicious options, including large group servings, small group servings, or individualized meals.

Client is responsible for all serving utensils and dinnerware as well as set-up, serving, and clean-up.
My Choice Menu meals, baked goods and soups are available frozen only.

10:00am – 1:00pm, Monday – Friday. There is a flat-rate delivery fee of $10 within city limits.
Group Meals can be delivered frozen, chilled, or hot within city limits.
Delivery details must be approved prior to order confirmation.
Frozen orders can be prepared for complimentary pick-up at Community Depots.

All Group Meal orders require pre-arranged payment. Please provide a credit card or void cheque with your order. Your credit card or bank account will be automatically billed at the beginning of the month following your order.

Regional Program
For those who live outside Calgary’s city limits, Calgary Meals on Wheels has partnered with regional municipalities to help distribute our meals and improve access to quality, nutritious, and affordable meals in these communities.

Calgary Meals on Wheels has a team of culinary professionals on staff, including our Registered Dietitian, Dietary Technologist, Executive Chef, and Red Seal Chefs, who are dedicated to ensuring our meals are nutritionally balanced, high quality, and prepared with care and consistency.

All products are provided frozen.
Orders are due (to Calgary Meals on Wheels) one week in advance of pick-up.
Partners are responsible for picking up orders from our production facility in southeast Calgary, or from one of our community depots in other quadrants of the city.
Orders require pre-arranged payment. Partners will be automatically billed at the beginning of each month for the prior month’s order(s).
School Programs
Calgary Meals on Wheels is proud to partner with our local School Districts and community agencies to serve quality and nutritious meals to schools in Calgary. These programs focus on schools identified by our District partners with a large population of nutritionally vulnerable students and without the infrastructure, permitting, or resources to produce meals on-site.
We have a team of culinary professionals on staff, including our Registered Dietitian, Dietary Technologist, Executive Chef, and Red Seal Chefs, who are dedicated to ensuring our meals are nutritionally balanced, high quality, and prepared with care and consistency.
These vital programs ensure our students have the energy required to concentrate and learn, enabling these children to reach their full potential. In 2025, we served over 750,000 meals to more than 5,200 students at 54 schools!
Hot Soup Program
Since 2000, Calgary Meals on Wheels has been providing a hot soup lunch twice weekly to high-needs elementary schools identified by our School Districts. This universal program focuses on schools with a significant percentage of the student population coming to school without enough to eat for lunch.
The Hot Soup Program provides a rotation of nutrient-dense soups delivered hot and ready-to-serve in insulated thermoses, along with serving utensils, bowls and spoons, and crackers. Soup is served on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the school year and is provided free of charge thanks to the generosity of our donors.
Due to limited funding, we must ensure our resources are allocated effectively and that schools can safely deliver this program. When we have capacity and funding to add a new school, we ask our School District partners to help direct us to the greatest need. Student Nutrition Program
Responding to the growing needs of our community and expanding support for school food programming, our Student Nutrition Program empowers schools to select from over 100+ Breakfast and Lunch menu items to purchase for their school food programs.
This program is largely funded and implemented by our School District partners to distribute supports as needed within their divisions. If your school is interested in learning more about this program, please connect with your School District nutrition support team.
