Delivery options: On checkout, you can choose whether you would like your order delivered or held available for pick-up. Our free delivery occurs between 10:45am - 1pm, Monday - Friday. Pick-ups are from the Calgary Meals on Wheels main office (5759 80 Ave SE) between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m, Monday - Friday. Reminder! Orders placed before 12 pm will be delivered, or ready for pick-up, two (2) business days later unless specified otherwise in the order information.
